Our approach

Help Us Fly is a service from AI Diagnostic Systems Ltd. We aim to make the public website usable with a keyboard and across desktop, tablet and mobile screens. We use visible focus indicators, readable text and contrast, labelled form fields, and alternative text where an image conveys information.

Current review and limitations

In October 2026 we checked keyboard navigation, focus visibility, headings, form labels and error feedback, contrast, image alternatives, and mobile reflow on the public pages. No material issue is currently known from those practical checks. This was not a full formal accessibility audit, and we do not claim a particular WCAG conformance level.

Tell us about a problem

If you find a page, document or form difficult to use, email tom@aidiagnosticsystems.com. Please tell us which page is affected, what happened and, if you wish, what device or assistive technology you were using. We will look into the issue and provide another way to get the information where practical.

Alternative formats

You can use the same email address to request public-site information in another accessible format. Tell us what information you need and a format that works for you so we can discuss a suitable response.
